When I lived in Russia as a missionary in the late 90’s, I was interrogated by the head of the FSB (formerly known as KGB) regarding the kidnapping of two other missionaries in my area. Thankfully it was a relatively “friendly” interrogation. Also, thankfully, the two kidnapped.
