Whilst out and about in BLMK I thought it was only right to visit @BedfordshireTT that excel in embedding QI as part of their DNA - look at these fantastic driver diagrams on their walls for all to see!

The @TheIHI and I have been visiting teams across @BLMKHealthCare who will be embarking on a QI journey to improve hypertension management. We heard personal and passionate stories and the determination to make a difference for our communities 🫶🏻

My heart goes out to all those affected by the events in Southport. Tears in my eyes whilst holding my children before bed. I’m truly devastated

And just like that, my time with @NHS_ELFT has come to an end after nearly 9 amazing years. ELFT has at times been like family to me, so thank you so much. Looking forward to the next year with BLMK ICB continuing my work to reduce inequalities @BLMKHealthCare

The BLMK “right time, right care, right place for our care home residents” project team are about to embark on testing their ideas out in Acutes and Care homes to improve on timely discharges, so building Mr Potato Head using PDSA cycles was very timely! @BLMKHealthCare
