Look if you want an interesting life, you have to do interesting stuff. Read, travel, try new things, follow the things that got you excited when you were a kid. Put down the phone; get off the couch.

Most things do not matter as much as you make them matter. A rule I’ve lived by for the past 2 years - at the beginning of every week, pick 4 things to care about. Only 4. Any category. Neglect everything else. Notice how much your life feels much EASIER.

PSA: Never ever ever plug your phone into a public charger , especially if you can’t see where the cable goes. Always just use your own charger and cable and find a power outlet instead.
