Context: I was skeptical that shipping an optional sidebar for Dia was worth it. Felt (and feels) like a distraction from our core roadmap. And basically Adam said: "I will do it on nights and weekends because I care so much" 💪.

Shoutout to @scottbelsky for inspiring shared team memory. It’s also pretty cool how so many of these ideas are things we always wanted to do in Arc. Now we just have AI and a faster, more simple shell.
