It is interesting how there is somewhat of a North/South Divide in Europe here. I do wonder whether it is purely cultural or due to non-processed food availability. I would imagine that there are likely a multitude of interrelated factors at play.
The UK is the only country in Europe that is over 50% in ultra processed foods as a percentage of household purchases.
