If I can confidently say do not choose @optimum if you have any other options in your area their customer service is schizophrenic. Worst service - changing billing without asking - service constantly slower than advertised - just dont do it. #CustomerComplaint #Customerfail

Wow @McDonalds off of i40 exit at 92. The most disorganised and dirty store ever. Took way too long and couldn’t even use the bathrooms so bad. Coffee was horrible. Water all over the floor. The Faris Family clearly run a bad business if it’s this bad. #CustomerExperience

This is why I avoid @Airbnb and use as last report. Booked place months ago for a graduation weekend to find out now that the owner is cancelling our reservation and everything left is almost twice the price. @AirbnbHelp

Seem to spend most of my time figuring out what tech folk have done to formerly easy to use products. Software companies need to watch their tech guys most of what they do doesnt make sense to general users. Today is was @canva the whole teams and sharing side of things is clunky

Yeah @ATT are doing bigger all to help customers. You were out for days and sketchy for almost two weeks. Give customers a break and cut their bills like all the other decent telcos.

Amazing how @ATT thinks charging customers who could not get any service at all for 8-10 days the full price for the month is ok. All other providers like @optimum have at least brought some concessions. Poor play @ATTHelp #hurricanehelene2024 #CustomerServiceFail
