Look I’m not in the least bit remotely close to being qualified for the job he held, but y’all, Kissinger is a war criminal.

(2/2) 4) What teeth does the community benefits package have to ensure it has similar success to the @Bucks 5) Have we vetted as a City what we are giving up on investing in by building the new arena?

(1/2) My one #OKCThunder post: 1) 5% down for a national credit tenant is not crazy. 2) What is the rent for the arena and why can't that be disclosed? 3) What % of the taxes are projected to be paid by Oklahoma City citizens versus the surrounding communities or states?

Great news! I’ve said for a long time that Classen should be cut down each direction to accommodate a bike lane - and generally because there are too many lanes. I wonder why this wasn’t done during the 3 months that most of this stretch was recently closed though.

Post 6: To those who have gone to the @TowerTheatreOKC , @BeerCityOKC , and @PonyBoyOKC , thank you. @pivotokc 's desire all along has been that these buildings and its space would be a benefit to the community. Because of Chad, Stephen, and everyone else these hopes are realized

Post 4: Just like Stephen, Chad has given everything to this venue and the people in it. At times Chad and I are on different sides of issues, but what is core to him is that he loves this City, wants to care for those whose voices are not being heard,

Post 3: He is freakishly brilliant and will still change this City moving forward, it will just be in a different capacity. Chad is now the person tasked to lead the venue moving forward.

Post 2: speaks to the skill, talent, work ethic, and care they have for live music and the OKC community. Stephen stepping away from the Tower has been gut-wrenching. He is a friend and someone who has invested himself completely into the success of the Tower.

Post 1: As previously reported, the Tower Theatre operating group sold a majority ownership to an out-of-state entity in order to stabilize and then help grow operations. The fact that @stphntylr and @405chad led us through Covid

GOP leadership wants to not only control where we think, but when, how and most importantly, what we think. The pattern of, dare I say, racist opposition to education and cultural appreciation of Black Americans is under attack at every major institution.
