i spend a lot of time writing in libraries. i spend a lot of time grabbing books for my kids and myself while I'm there. I love libraries. i'm a champion for them... and i can honestly say that regardless of the theme, the "week" or whatever, just about nobody, of any age, pays

this worked for me. no doubt. switched the early AM coffee to ice water & electrolytes moved coffee to 10/11AM depending didn't feel like i needed a nap/more caffeine in the afternoon for the first time in a while after a week anecdata for sure but it's legit
For all who don’t like my “try to delay your caffeine by 60-90min” remember, I suggest it for people that crash in the afternoon. If it works for you to drink caffeine right away, go for it! If you tend to crash, try to delay. It’s grounded in the biology of adenosine… :
