vital council scrutinises what Kingston First does. oftentimes there’s a conflict between what businesses need and what residents can endure. but sometimes we also need advocacy for the businesses I’m no longer in either room, but from the outside it feels it’s lost its way

the amount of “free” recycling Kingston shops are permitted has reduced to 9% of what it used to be a significant increase in business costs for us a High Street retailer and can only think it’s slipped under the radar of the council. no way a Lib Dem body would approve this

so far through October we’ve had 15 gigs, but to see Third Eye Blind, Ash, Idlewild and bloomin Pop Will Eat Itself already this month is weird. I was watching and buying their records in the 90s and it’s a treat to be doing this all near enough three decades later
