I wouldn't call myself a hero, unless the definition of hero is "someone who can sing the entirety of Ernie The Fastest Milkman in the West".

Thread on why Doctor Who and the James Bond Films are very much alike. Dr No, the first #JamesBond film, premiered on 6th October 1962. An Unearthly Child, the first #DrWho serial, premiered 13 months later on 23rd November 1963. Both are still going strong 50+ years later. (1/?)

Farage told @tamcohen today: āThe Reform leader claimed that when campaigning in the local elections in May, he "did not make a single promise - not a single promise in that election campaign that we'd be able to freeze or cut council tax". "I never said it once. And you know

Kemi was pointing out that, as per usual, Reform's policy hasn't been properly thought through. We have reciprocal deals with the EU and other countries that benefit our ex-pats. These would be lost under Farage's plan. As Kemi said, "It is wrong of [Farage] to deceive people,
Wow, the Tories openly declaring they want to keep paying foreign nationals welfare funded by British taxpayers! These people are shameless.

@reformparty_uk Reform-run councils are delivering chaos, infighting, and soaring council tax ā despite pledging to cut it. They're a disaster in local government. How can anyone believe theyād do any better running the country?

This isn't a man who should be let anywhere near Downing Street. His pro-Russian outlook and admiration for Putin make Farage a very real risk to national security.
This week Nathan Gill, Reform UKās Leader in Wales will be sentenced for 8 charges of taking Russian bribes. Hereās @Nigel_Farage calling him an āhonest, decent and honourable manā. Letās not forget that whilst he was taking the bribes, Nigel Farage was making similar

We currently have several violent criminals, released by Labour, on our streets. Millions of workers are heading for tax rises as those on benefits get more handouts. Yet Reform cannot resist from indulging in endless boomer slop. This is all you get from them - slop.
MP Lee Anderson vowed that under a Reform government, "gingerbread people" will be banned He said: āWhen Reform is in government there will be no more gingerbread people, no police people, or chair people. āWe will not abandon tradition to appease the woke and delusional."

Maybe it's about time journalists stopped asking how we pay for tax cuts, and start asking how we are going to pay for tax rises. Sadly, that probably doesn't compute with a huge number of them.

Absolute nonsense - and worse still, Yusuf knows it. The Royal Navy canāt stop the small boats. Itās not what theyāre equipped to do; it would lead to unnecessary deaths, and it would break maritime law. But he knows Reform cultists will fall for it. Itās tragic to behold.

Nothing against Berlin's Take My Breath Away, but Who Wants To Live Forever (which wasn't even nominated) should clearly have won Best Song at the 1987 Oscars.
