t's Time to be honest about Selling on Amazon. Amazon doesn't give a fuck about you, your family, or everything you've built. When I had my verification interview, I was told I'd hear back in 5 days, instead I heard back 40 days later to a suspension.

If you ONLY sell on Amazon, it is in your best interest to have six months of operation and personal expenses saved. You can sell $500k this month and be suspended the following month for absolute nonsense.

Broke down shipments into smaller quantities (1000 vs 6000) to get more inventory in sooner to FBA.
Picked back up on FBM to maximize turnover, daily payouts , and cashflow while inventory checks in

Back when I was deactivated in July, I took an entire week to list my replenishable skus on ebay. Ever since then, I get 4-10 daily sales on there. It doesn't move the needle but it demonstrated two things:

FBM tip: never ever ever ever send an order in a target/Walmart/ etc box . You’re risking getting suspended for dropshipping. Sounds silly but has happened to many. Better to use generic boxes or block company brand with shipping labels
