Some more cattle out to the field, some more sold to @StoddartsBeef, a lamb down a manhole and returning the hired docking chute. Busy day not helped by getting a cut on my hand checked at a&e also 🤦‍♂️

First cattle turned out today 🥳. Lambing has been taking priority the last month 😵‍💫😴🐑

The fear when the cattle escape 😱 and the relief when they turnaround and come back in themselves 😅😅

Considering buying some of that really expensive waterproof clothing in the hope that the weather drys up and I don't actually need to wear them. which will then give me something new to moan about 🤪.

One week on I realise a salesman thought I said I was going to "fall out" with him over his price but what I actually said was I needed to "thaw out" as the weather was freezing! 🥶 .Oh the banter.
