@OlaElectric @bhash I personally visited the service center last Sunday and again today, both times it was completely locked and closed. Shockingly, my scooter was kept outside the service center all this while, unattended. @OlaElectric #olas1pro #olaService 3/5

@OlaElectric @bhash I received one call from the support team, but before I could even explain the full issue, the call was disconnected with a promise to “check with the service center.” Since then, no one has followed up or provided any clarity on what’s happening with my scooter. @bhash 2/5

I’m genuinely disappointed and concerned with my experience with @OlaElectric My Ola scooter suddenly stopped working in the middle of the road, and I had to get it towed to the service center It’s been 13 days since then, and I still haven’t received a proper update @bhash 1/5

Since then, I haven’t received a single call, mail, or status update. It’s now 10+ days without my only mode of transport. My family & I are forced to depend on public transport with no clarity from @OlaElectric . This is very disappointing experience. 2/3

On 23/09 my #OlaS1Pro suddenly broke down in the middle of the road & had to be towed to the service center. After days of waiting, there were no updates. On 27/09, I was told it’s an MCU issue, but no parts available & no timeline given. @OlaElectric @bhash 1/3

I don’t understand the apathy of @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @SanjayKelkar_ @nareshmhaske towards the public. Every day, people are forced to travel through the broken stretch of Ghodbunder Road, spending hours in traffic just to get from Mira Road to Thane and back.

How can the same issue happen across different restaurants, locations, and times? This is misleading to the users This feels like a default response, not the actual reason. If deliveries take longer, the app should reflect that. Customers deserve accurate, transparent estimates

I’ve placed 3 separate orders, from 3 different restaurants and 2 different locations, and all were delayed with the exact same explanation: “restaurant had a surge in orders.” 2/3

What’s more frustrating is that tickets are being closed with the message, “Ola Service Champion has informed you about the solution,” which is entirely untrue. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. 2/3 #HyperService

Today, the same happened staff had no idea about my concerns, leaving me to wait for hours while my scooter remained untouched. The unresolved issue with my scooter is causing significant inconvenience, as it is essential for my daily transport. 4/4

4.Follow-up appointments wasted—scooter left untouched, and staff unresponsive. To make matters worse, after contacting the Customer Service about the Service center Issue, only a generic service appointment was scheduled without informing the center about my problems. 3/n

Issues Faced: 1 Requested original brake pads, but staff insisted on third-party ones and charged ₹500 for installation. 2.False sidestand charges appeared on my invoice despite no work requested. 3.Rear tire noise persists due to improper brake installation. 2/n
