I found that this is another reason why people seek remote work. Working in the office comes with all these expectations of social activities that drag you away from your actual loved ones. Employers aim to create your social life at the office, so you won't leave so easily.

The annoying thing about @NetflixUK is that the quality is linked to the screens. I'm going to cut back if I can't share with my family, which means I'm going to end up watching in 720P - paying the same as other streaming services that offer 4K HDR.

It took 4 years to get a box on wheels pickup truck from prototype to production while he apparently lives in the office. I don't think working from home would have made those delays any worse.

This is my 2 year old I took wild camping on Dartmoor and he loved it. But he may never have the opportunity to do it again. What an awful decision which has robbed the younger generations of having experiences like these.
