Why would any publicly traded corporation invest money to do business in Russia? There is no rule of law to protect corporate property rights. There is only the rule of Putin. This is why responsible corporations run by fiduciaries do not invest in or do business in countries

The Government has qualifying rules & procedures for all loans it underwrites, guarantees or funds except #studentloans. No equal government protection for uneducated borrowers at 18 but plenty of qualification rules at 30 which prevent home ownership or stifle prosperity.
