I’m still in shock from receiving this lovely letter from The Duke & Duchess Of Cambridge - @KensingtonRoyal In the letter they thanked me for the work I have done and continue to do along with the many goals I have and wish to achieve to make the world better for all. 💜

I'm struggling and feeling broken. Self-hatred is massive and self-worth is low. Feeling like I'm being dragged down a stream, unable to fight the current and barely able to keep my head above water. I haven't felt this bad in a long time 😞

The thing that poses the biggest threat and causes the most upset for ourselves is us. You can try and drag me down relentlessly, but I will come back a stronger and better version of myself. We all fall down, but sometimes we have to hit rock-bottom, to climb to the top 💪

I hate having multiple, 'life-limiting illnesses', and this is mainly due to 13 years of suicide attempts because I couldn't cope & dislike myself. Physc units made things worse for many of us. It was like watching a lifetime supply of @BBCPanorama Thank you to the 2 crews from

For anyone who needs to hear this today, you matter more than you think, you are more courageous than you believe, you are smarter than you give yourself credit for, you are not as alone as you feel. Always remember those who encouraged and believed in you when no one else did.

Exciting and jam-packed day ahead. Work and meetings, followed by delivering a @Kidscape #ZAP⚡️ workshop to children and young people, to help them stand up to #bullying and give them the skills and confidence to do so. I'll then be helping deliver the parents and carers

Always remember, the commitment to fostering emotional safety does not end as the school bell rings. We can extend this support system into the students' homes, promoting emotional wellbeing outside as well as inside the classrooms. https://t.co/wLV6AnMbEu
