1. Neuroendocrine/ small cell prostate cancers are enriched with N-glycans that are hyper fucosylated compared to conventional adenocarcinomas. 2. These glycans were also enriched in conventional prostate adenocarcinomas that ultimately developed metastatic disease.

For #radres taking boards this is a great math illustration of MRI Gibbs ringing artifact. Sampling lower frequencies (n; resolution) results in more undulation (ringing). Higher frequencies/resolution sharpen the square wave perfect for imaging sharp interfaces like bone/brain.
