Will this affect my credit score @MoneySavingExp? I don’t owe @bt_uk any money at all, but their system says I do and they can’t cancel my account. Is this also a data breach @ICOnews? Do I have the right to erasure and @bt_uk haven’t handled my data in the right way? 😤

Spending my maternity leave getting threatening messages from @bt_uk every few weeks about adding interest to my bill for a service I cancelled in September and no longer receive. Every time I complain, and nothing is ever done about it. Fed up of this. Surely this is harassment?
