To uncover new host factors restricting flavivirus replication, we screened a library of >1,000 interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) across multiple species. Among known antiviral ISGs, we found that ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ญ, a never-described-as-antiviral factor, blocks flaviviruses !
