Being a dad has shaped who I am - and being a Papa has added a whole new layer to that pride and purpose. Nothing beats watching the next generation grow, learn, and laugh. Grateful every day for this role and the love that comes with it❤️

Had a blast celebrating Easton’s 300th anniversary this weekend - especially getting to ride in the parade with my son, daughter-in-law, and three of my grandkids. Grateful for small towns, big milestones, and even bigger family moments.

Less noise. More purpose. Great outcomes require focused effort. When your time, energy, and attention are scattered, even the best intentions can fall short. What could shift if you concentrated your resources on fewer, high-impact goals?

A little late, but the love & gratitude are timeless. Thinking of my dad, Don Craig - tough, proud, honest. He taught me to show up, work hard, stand by your team, and be someone your family can count on. Miss him every day, carry him with me always.
