Jericho residents will know this too - it's rare for Hythe Bridge Street to be congested. So why the proposed congestion charge? @OxfordshireCC @OxfordCity.
Despite the mearby Walton Street being closed and the city cente shops all now being open, we're not entirely convinced that Hythe Bridge Street is currently suffering from a congestion emergency that warrants a £5 daily charge. Now or, indeed, at any time of a typical day.
