Care is in crisis in Scotland & the Scottish Govt have failed to deliver on promises of fair work made in 2019/2022. Without addressing low pay & exploitation workers will continue to walk leave. Only the workers can save our sector, where is there voice in this statement?.

My frail 85 year old mum had 3 admissions to A & E at Wishaw Gen in two months, all referred by Hospital at home or 111, all taken over 24 hours to be admitted to a ward. Last time 36 hours, no frail pathway in place, harm is being caused, staff placed in an impossible position.
