FWIW, I've had two recent interactions with Oregon DMV, one shortly before ODOT layoffs, and one just now. In both cases, the service provided by DMV staff was exceptional, as prompt as possible under the circumstances and exceedingly friendly.

The Federalist (.@FDRLST) picked up story publicized by Oregon Roundup last wk that auditors found 1 in 35 people deemed eligible to vote in OR lacked database proof of citizenship. That could mean about 20k voters registered statewide w/out proof. Thx .@loganwashburn76 !

I'm no tariff stan, but maybe have the agencies analyze how their own rampant incompetence is impacting Oregon's economy too.
I'm directing state agencies to analyze how tariffs are impacting Oregon's economy—from supply chains to employment trends. We're joining other states taking action to understand and prepare for the challenges. Oregon businesses and families deserve stability and predictability.
