This afternoon will be breezy at times with lowering humidity under clouds and sunshine. Expect a nice stretch through Thursday, although a shower can't be ruled out tomorrow well northwest of the city. A few showers show up Friday but clear out in time for the holiday weekend.

Safest course of action is still to stay out of the water though tomorrow as dangerous rip currents impact our local beaches. Even though Erin is long gone, the water is still rough. Got multiple reports of rescues today.

Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect for Ocean County until 2am Sunday as locally moderate flooding is still possible along back bays during this evening's high tide.
