This episode needs a book. How Doval, HM Advani and General N C Vij chief of army staff helmed this operation in the jungles of South Bhutan n flushed out ULFA n NDFB cadres who were sitting ducks for waiting Army units who butchered 1000 of them, with no casualties on their side
Operation All Clear in Bhutan. This day in 2003 which broke the back of ULFA with 1000 of its cadre dead. A successful military incursion on a foreign soil ( after failure in SL ) almost forgotten.
