Gujarat has completely missed the IT bus, we hv Pharma, Chemical all polluting industries. The current CM is making no attempt to onboard IT giants. TCS, Master Card etc hv not gone ahead with the token investment in their IT centre.

Currently at Bengaluru Golf Club. Not even one club in Gujarat matches the legacy n aura of clubs / Gymkhanas of Mumbai, Bengaluru n Delhi. Prohibition has ruined the club n social culture of Gujarat for networking. What we hv Rajpath n Karnavati Club with khakra n tea. 🥲

As far a love for dogs is concerned, Gujarat is not for amateurs. Someone frm Rajkot goes to Delhi n slaps n kicks the CM n someone in Anand ( Central Gujarat ) hires goons to attack who misbehaved with her dogs

Many factors: Pollution, no flair for maintenance by the society/ apartment members, shoddy construction material n construction quality.
Why do Indian cities physically age faster than European ones built centuries earlier? A 10 year old building here looks more decrepit than 100 year old architecture in Prague or Vienna. is it just bad design/ kanjoosi in materials used or environmental factors?
