Ill say it again for those in the back . you earn $100k, so you pay 35% tax on every new dollar. then they take $4,000 for CPP "pension". but only give you a 14% tax credit (but you paid 35% tax) . THEN YOU PAY INCOME TAX AGAIN FULL SHOT WHEN YOU RETIRE. Its income taxed twice.
