The gospel doesn’t start with “you’re wrong.” It starts with “you’re loved.” This is how Jesus met the woman caught in adultery. First: "I do not condemn you." Then: "Now, go leave your life of sin." Sequence is everything.

God’s power is made perfect in weakness. When we embrace our limits, we make space for grace.

Jesus embraced limits. He withdrew. He rested. He didn’t heal everyone. His life wasn’t about doing everything, but doing the right things.

Modern life says push past every limit. Hustle more. Achieve more. But not every mountain is worth climbing. Not every door is meant to be opened.

We often treat our limits like enemies. But what if they’re gifts in disguise? 👇🧵

This is what positive masculinity looks like. He gets the ball, does his victory battle cry, sees the girl, here you go, she raises her hands in joy. This is beautiful. https://t.co/DubJ1APGwF

When grace sinks into our hearts, the fool's errant of trying to prove ourselves ends. We no longer strive to be “enough” because we already are enough in Christ.

Grace covers our past AND empowers our future. It’s not a free pass, but it is a new path. As Bono put it so wonderfully, "Grace makes beauty out of ugly things."

Victor Hugo's Jean Valjean was changed not by judgment or punishment but by mercy. So are we. Grace doesn't excuse sin - it re-creates us into people who want to sin less and less.

Grace isn't wimpy or sentimental. It doesn’t turn a blind eye to wrongdoing and injustice. Real grace is a force to be reckoned with. It meets us at our worst and lifts us to something new and life-giving.
