🚨 The Prime Minister has announced there will be a General Election on Thursday 4th July.
Since first being elected in 2010, and once again in 2019 after a short break, it has been an honour to be your Local Champion as the MP for the Colne and Holme Valleys and Lindley.

Revealed: Labour's Deputy Leader and Shadow Chancellor endorsed abolishing all private schools. Rayner promised: 'We will end the marketisation and privatisation of our education system' while Reeves applauded. Would this come after VAT on fees? Is anyone asking?

80 years since D-Day.
80 years since the largest seaborne invasion in history.

80 years of peace in Western Europe since.
Today we say thank you.
