Unlike defi and other platforms strike won’t liquidate your entire stack if you fall out of ltv. They will liquidate just enough of the stack to pay down principal to bring ltv back into good standing. Believe also have grace time to pay down without any liquidation @jackmallers
Let me start by saying, in no way do I believe this was at the fault of Jack or the Strike team. But how many loans got liquidated due to not being able to log in and re-collateralize? This is again, why I don't recommend bitcoin-backed loans.
