West to southwest flow will setup across the Florida peninsula into early next week with deep moisture spreading across the area. This will lead to increasing rain chances, especially this weekend, with our typical August warm and humid conditions. ⛈ #flwx

Today, we celebrated civil rights icon Xernona Clayton's 95th birthday today! She marked the occasion by donating to @RiseTampa in support our RICH House program. Mayor @JaneCastor presented Ms. Clayton with a key to the @CityofTampa for her tireless efforts to better our world.

BIG news about this exciting project - increasing affordable housing in our community!.
Today, the @tampacra Board unanimously approved $9.7M for the Ashley East Development Project along E. Columbus Dr in the East Tampa CRA. All 118 units will be designated as affordable, serving residents in 80% AMI & below (For a family of 4, that is an income of $83,450 & less).
