The Assembly Hall at Halifax Shipyard is filling up as we continue the build process for AOPS 8, the future CCGS Sermilik. AOPS 8 is the final AOPS being constructed as part of the National Shipbuilding Strategy and will be delivered to @CoastGuardCAN upon completion.

Sad news for the Victoria area, George was not only a community minded gentleman, he was a great fisherman, a past member of the Victoria Fire Dept and I served with George as members of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary. Thinking of the family at this time.
