Had similar problems with @laithwaites and expecting me to sort out their problems and spend days sorting out, repacking their wine and spending days off work to sort out theo mistakes!! Shocking and not great customer service!!
@laithwaites what happened to you great customer service? You don’t reply to DMs your customer service emails aren’t replied to nor are we now sure of what wine is actually going to arrive after we got confused and clicked a subscription case. That was cancelled but is the wine?

Agree @laithwaites also a 1* review in that spend nearly 3 days sorting your mistake and issue on delayed list wine! And then asking me to repack the wine (which was lost and then sent in error) and send back to you!! Not great!!!!

https://t.co/WtH6LzNnJ1 very disappointed with Laithwaites. For all the trouble all the compensation that they offered two bottles of red wine. Time Spent on sorting the problem more than 19 hours over a three week period.
