Erm what, if these changes are what they say I actually don’t know who they benefit. This looks bad for both sides, maybe a little worse for Illaoi than vs Illaoi by like 10-20%.
Illaoi changes:.- Tentacle AD ratio increased from 100% to 105%.- E debuff duration reduced from 10 seconds to 3.- E debuff now spawns tentacles whenever possible rather than having a cooldown of 5 - 3 seconds, still needs wall and not tentacles nearby.- E tentacle slam cooldown

Now what I'm actually looking forward to is T1's return to the LCK. They looked questionable imo at best before MSI and I didn't put much stock into the KT/HLE series. Their level up this MSI was fantastic and I hope for a competitive top 3, they keep up the momentum there too.
