The landlord who refuses to fix the leak and had one of his tenants deceased for several days in his HMO has now thrown his belongings and items outside the flat @LewishamCouncil @JanetDaby will somebody respond or are we all going to be negligent of what is happening?

I am calling on anyone who can help or advise as i am sick of rogue landlords/homeowners getting away with treatment of others like this. @LewishamCouncil @JanetDaby @CitizensAdvice

I am still suffering with the leak from the home above and have been ignored by the owner. I am raising concerns for significant negligence not only as the owner and landlord to the above but also concern for the safeguarding of the adults who reside in this property. @JanetDaby

On the 15.12. 23 I was able to gain access to the property and check on the residents whom are vunerable adults to find one was deceasand had been for several days according to medical professionals. @LewishamCouncil @JanetDaby

On the day of the 15.12.23 I also alerted those to concerns around the safeguarding of the HMO property and it's tenants. @LewishamCouncil

The leak from the above property is causing structural damage and damage to my furnishings and surrounding areas. Additional to this it is in my disabled sons room causing significant issues for him including not being able to now access this room @LewishamCouncil @JanetDaby

I am fortunate to own my property however since the 14/12/23, a HMO licenced property provided by @LewishamCouncil @LewishamPSL has been leaking into mine. The owner of this property has continued to ignore my requests to fix the issue and I cannot fix this as it is not my leak

@IcelandFoods whilst i can understand you are busy i am left vunerable with two small children because of lack of customer service responses, i will continue to sit on the phone and listen to the dial tone just keep ringing
