Reform UK out this morning in Baffins, Portsmouth. A Lib Dem stronghold but yet voted Brexit by around 65% in the referendum and Labour in the GE. This should be an interesting seat. Currently held by Lib Dem Deputy Lord Mayor, Cllr Abdul Kadir, whom is re-standing in May

Early intervention can help with minor crimes, but carrying a knife is a serious and major concern in #Portsmouth Yes, they can be prosecuted for not engaging, but it doesn’t feel like a deterrent We need better youth services but should still be prosecuting for knife carrying
