Where did this notion that there’s trouble in the waters because the Lakers haven’t shared a press release about LeBron opting in come from? Teams don’t make statements on players opting in. The Lakers didn’t do it for any of Hayes, Reddish or Wood last year.

Waiving Milton is not enough. The Lakers would have to shed salary in a trade - about $1.3 million - to get the full BAE back, on top of waiving Milton.

Nothing in my tweet indicates the BAE is completely gone. I said they don’t have full access to it, which means they only can get up to about $3.8 million. Also, the Lakers just seemingly handcuffed themselves and require more moves when it wasn’t necessary. That’s not good!.
@Ralph_MasonJr why does he make his tweet sound like the BAE is completely gone now?. he wrote the lakers can open up the BAE again by making a trade. i dont understand this form of tweeting and making it sound much more horrible than how it actually is.
