Companion came out 18 days ago. The shrinking gap between movies playing in theaters to being available at home is gonna be what ends up killing theaters. For big studio movies like this it should be a minimum of 90 days.

Can’t lie, this one was a bit of a disappointment. It hardly even delivers on the concept of a horror story set in a water park, and only had one solid sequence which the whole film spent building up to. Just felt like an overall waste of potential.
Currently watching on Tubi. Never seen it but a horror story set at a water park sounds dope.

Maybe I just don’t have a good eye for VFX quality but I’m seeing a lot of people saying these scenes looked bad?. I thought they looked pretty good, and The Volume seems to be top of the line tech in this department.
