Ipswich Half Marathon with @SJAEastCRU, I eventually pressed record 😅.I was told 15 times I was cheating, asked 8 times for a lift and asked once to swap out to run- it was a solid no! 🚴🚑

A brilliant day yesterday with EAAA and the ATACC Group. It was a tad messy but there was plenty of learning, skills practice and good group discussion/ reflections! 🚑 🚁.

A different day today and I quite enjoyed it! A day spent in the Tactical Operations Centre covering the Incident Command Desk and I have to say it was right up my street. A great team with some wonderful support from in the room and the teams on the road! 🚑 I'd go back again 😄
