Again for new followers. I consider this my best journal article ever. It focuses on the central core of my historical research and was an embryonic form of my most recent book.

I am going to work now. But, I am only 20 followers away from 6,000. If would be great if I could cross that line before I get back home.

Working nights suck. But, one good thing about it is my friend who works as a cashier during that shift gives me a ride home. Unfortunately, she is off today.

I lived in London from 2001 to 2004 and while it generally appeared only on St. George's Day and during sporting events I don't ever remember the display of the English flag being a problem. On the other hand displaying an Israeli flag would get you completely ostracized.

The claim that Buchenwald with an average annual mortality rate of 2.5% was a death camp, but that there were never any Soviet or Cambodian death camps is typical of the Holocaust establishment. But, it is not sustainable. Tuol Sleng under the Khmer Rouge had a 99.9% death rate.

Is it true what I am seeing on Twitter that people in England are being harassed for flying English and even UK flags? There are a lot of immigrants where I live in the US. But, I have never once heard of any of them objecting to the display of the US flag.

Excerpt from Dominik Hollmann's diary in 1942 during his mobilization into the labor army in Viatlag. "Every morning some of the men reported sick with diarrhoea, caused by bad food and unsanitary conditions. Many had scurvy from lack of vegetables, legs swollen, entire body.

Instant copies of some of the Carto-Brundage correspondance sent to me. That was a lot faster than I expected.

I will ask the man who knows more about the Third Reich in the 1930s than almost anybody else on Twitter. @KarlRadl what do you know about Avery Brundage and his successful struggle to prevent the US from boycotting the 1936 Berlin Olympics?.

For the first time ever Grok threw me an interesting lead to pursue. Evidently Willis Carto had considerably interaction with Avery Brundage whom I had never heard of before. Brundage was a key figure in the International Olympic Committee becoming its president in 1952. He.

One of the reasons I would like to visit both the JBS archives in Appleton, WI and the Willis Carto papers at the University of Kansas. Evidently Carto had an extensive correspondence with Welch. I would like to read those letters.

Most African cities are dangerous. Joberg, Nairobi, Kinshasha, Luanda, and Lagos in particular have bad reputations. On the other hand I lived and worked in Accra for six years and it was much safer than Sacramento, DC, and London where I also lived for years.

I’ve never been to Africa, but I’ve been to nations that are very dramatically violent, places in Mexico that rank in top 10 for murders, etc. - never had anything happen to me because it’s actually not that hard to avoid violence when travelling in the third world.

I have not seen a book store in over half a decade. Do they even exist anymore in the US outside large cities like Washington DC? My impression is that except for a few poor Whites and a very few other exceptions the entire US is basically functionally illiterate.

Thought: one of the most depressing looks at reality itself requires nothing more than noticing how often bookstore employees recommend books about bookstores.
