ā¦how to reconcile this with who I am when sitting with a person whose suffering has been relentless, whose story Iāve become a part of, and who it makes so much sense to help when they ask for MAID. I canāt fathom calling in a MAID team. Am I no longer their pall care provider?.

Important piece by colleagues @LeonieHerx & @EKpalliative As Canada further expands MAID its crucial we consider many of their points. I agree pall care & MAID need to be distinct on multiple levels but a major struggle for me personally is.
