Is Temple the grittiest school in the country? You have to be if you’re from Philly! This box takes me back, man. Thanks Coach Keeler and @temple_fb for the gear!

Great topic at the 12th Annual Jack McPhilemy lecture for #phillyortho. Howard Routman, DO lecturing on “The Future of AI in Shoulder Arthroplasty.” Also, not sure I’m used to a view in which I’m looking down on William Penn. IYKYK. @pyramidclubphl

Building shoulder strength can help undo the poor posture we fall into when working long hours on computers or focusing on our phones. These six shoulder exercises can make a difference. https://t.co/to0Gsfym3z

All that time on computers and phones can lead to bad posture. This regimen can improve shoulder stability while also building grip and core strength.

Covered a @LaSalleUniv Women’s basketball game today (good win against Fordham), and noticed this @pow_mia_us chair sitting just outside of the Gola Arena. Thank you LaSalle for ensuring that they are not forgotten!

Wrapped up another @ABOSortho Sports Medicine Question Writing Task Force meeting! It was great to see colleagues from across the country - and especially great to see my friend @marykmulcaheymd as she joins the workgroup. Truly one of the most rewarding things I do!

One of the most rewarding things that I do is my time volunteering with the @ABOSortho !
As the new year gets underway, we encourage our ABOS Diplomates to volunteer with us this year! We have many areas where you can serve and give back to the orthopaedic community. If you are interested, please complete the Volunteer section on your ABOS Dashboard.

All of us at @TempleOrtho will dearly miss Dr. Alburger’s perspectives, advice, mentorship, and most of all, his laugh. Our condolences to his family as well as his families at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital and @shrinersphilly
We share with great sadness that Philip Alburger, MD, passed away on July 29. He worked tirelessly at St.Chris (@TowerHealthNow), Temple Children’s Hospital (@TempleHealth ), and @shrinersphilly Dr. Alburger retired a short two years ago. He will be missed. #orthotwitter
