There is so much we can do to promote sleep— including delay school start times, engage in healthy sleep practices (put down the tech in the 30-60 mins before bed!), and elect leaders who promote science, mental health, and wellbeing.

The NIH LRP is an amazing opportunity for any researchers with loans/debt— I finally have all my edu loans paid off after 6 years of this program (with renewal). This was a game changer for me. I’ll share my statements on my website soon!.
