This is why I didn't want them trading for a WR or a CB at the deadline. Anyone who watched (and comprehended) the team prior to the trade deadline knew Jerry Rice wouldn't fix it. They have way more holes than trading a 2nd round pick mid season for a #2 WR could fix lol.

This was the straw. I know a lot of #SteelerNationā€™s straw was before this, but for me, this is it. There is nothing that can be done after this to justify the ineptness up to this point. We arenā€™t an injured team. Our identity after 12 games is one of inconsistent softness.

3rd quarter. Starting with the ball. There is no OC worse than Arthur Smith with the ball in the 3rd quarter. Nobody who watches the Steelers and calls themselves a fan had confidence that this offense would do anything fruitful coming out of halftime.

The Steelers haven't proven at any point this season they can throw the ball downfield with any consistency. Makes it almost impossible to convert third-and-long.
