Homeland Security deputy secretary Troy Edgar offered few details on the Trump administration's legal reasoning to deport Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil.
Some pretty stunning answers here from DHS Deputy Secretary Troy Edgar in today's interview with NPR's Michel Martin, in which Edgar equates pro-Palestinian protests with terrorist activity and can't point to any crime committed by Mahmoud Khalil: https://t.co/dLSF6BradP

Chief O'Hara: “George Floyd had a cop kneeling on him for 9 mins on his neck while he was already handcuffed to the point where he became unresponsive then unconscious and died. Completely ridiculous to say any legitimate training in civilized world would tell cops to do that”

Biz Journal reporting that the Ameriprise tower has sold for $6.25M. That's less than 3 cents on the dollar compared to the $200M sale price in 2016. I think we've hit the bottom of the market.
The acquisition is the latest for Onward Investors, which has purchased other office buildings in downtown Minneapolis in the last year.

Today she finally sent an email to my work email, and I responded. Her email and my response are below. I have counseled others in the past to assume that any communication they have with Jennifer will be made public and shared widely, as that has been my experience with her.

Ex-MPD commander who once helped clear encampments, says the "big narrative" on the availability of shelter beds isn't true. And the practice of scattering people from one place to another makes it harder to deliver services and doesn't fix the problem. https://t.co/Y4IlGnsIyZ
