- AoV calc present in 16% of 1377 patients undergoing non-gated CT thorax. - Extrapolating from those with relatively contemporaneous echo, 8% with AoV calc but no echo may have undiagnosed AS. - AoV calc predicts all cause mortality controlling for CAC and age.
