The JCEP collaboration between @uOttawa's @MenardLab and @NRC_CNRC's Dr. Angela Gamouras produced a much-improved tool for ultrafast THz science:.👉
We show that scientific breakthroughs can be used to lower costs & increase practicality of lab equipment. The collaboration with @OZOptics & @NRC_CNRC removes hurdles to a large-scale deployment of THz technology. @JCEP8 @uOttawaScience @uOttawaResearch.

At the end of September, JCEP held its 3rd annual progress meeting and its 1st in-person meeting. It was a resounding success, invigorating the spirit of collaboration among the fellows and their team members, making JCEP what it aimed to be: more than the sum of its parts.

Looking back at 2022, it is probably safe to say that one of the biggest highlights of this year will be the fact that JCEP Fellow and Co-Director Paul Corkum received the prestigious #Wolfprize in Physics, together with co-recipients Profs. Anne l’Huillier and Ferenc Krausz.
