Holocaust denial and other forms of hate have no place in our politics. We stand with those in the Jewish community who are fighting back against extreme candidates, and we encourage all voters to educate themselves on local races and vote against hate:

Hate has no place in our schools. Thank you to our members as well as advocates from @outfrontmn @GenderJustice @UnidosMN @JCA_MN and other allies for pushing back against extreme school board candidates in MN that want to turn back the clock in our classrooms. #freedomtolearn

Minnesotans should be at the center of our democracy, not foreign-influenced corporations. Starting in January, foreign-influenced corporations will not be able to spend money in our elections to either promote or defeat a candidate or ballot measure. https://t.co/NayxeYXRHs

By taking a vote on rent stabilization today (on Eid), elected officials failed to recognize the religious practices of both their colleagues and constituents. It set up a terrible "choice" between exercising democracy and our rights to religious freedom. https://t.co/j2hj83FKaK

In Jewish tradition, the yahrtzeit marks the anniversary date of a person's death. The yahrzeit of #Roe expands on this custom to include all those impacted by the reversal, upholding abortion rights as an American issue of life, freedom and dignity. - https://t.co/WbOFGe0MdM

A year ago today, we launched We Choose Us, a movement for multiracial democracy in Minnesota. In the past year, we have talked with people across the state about what it means to protect and expand our democracy. Thanks to everyone who helped make all our big wins possible!
