10. Money over trophies - Everyone seems to care more about the money or reward of winning a trophy than the actual trophy itself. Sad the way the game has gone where money is more important.

9. Bookings for celebrating - Can’t wind up opposition fans or players by celebrating anymore. Where has my game gone? If anything I’d encourage it.

8. Scrapping cup replays - Teams won’t play a cup replay but will travel to Australia to play a friendly in an international break. Absolute joke. Killing the teams that survive off the revenue of a replay. If you don’t want a replay then play a strong team and win the game.

7. Cup draws - Teams getting byes into certain rounds and being guaranteed home fixtures. Just don’t get how that’s fair? If you don’t like the rules of the cup then don’t play.

6. New champions league format - What was wrong with the old one? Just another way to get their prized assets into the latter stages. If you lose a few games in the group tough. Shouldn’t get second chances.

5. Subscriptions - To watch all the footy I wanna watch throughout a season I need about 5 subscriptions. And I still can’t watch a Saturday 15.00 KO on them. Robbing fans year after year.

4. Kick off times - Never any consideration for fans. Making away fans travel crazy miles on a Tuesday night. Stupid kick off times (what was wrong with a good old Saturday 3 o’clock?!). Not announcing fixtures in enough time to sort travel.

3. PSR/FFP - What a mess. Needs sorting ASAP. End of financial year deadline now more important than deadline day says it all.

2. Refs - Standard is as bad is it’s ever been. Hide behind each other and VAR. No accountability. Arrogant. Not particularly good at their jobs.

Things I currently dislike about modern day football - 1. VAR - I would get rid ASAP. Kills the atmosphere in stadiums. Still get a lot of decisions wrong and just makes it more infuriating when a wrong decision goes against you.
