The idea of having a clinic/family doctor is so normal. The idea of having a regular therapist should be normalized; in the end our mental state can crack in ways we don’t realize. The line between abnormal and normal is blurred.

Sometimes we cope and sometimes we don’t . In the end we all need to be honest with ourselves and each other. We need to process our feelings in a healthy manner and shouldn’t be afraid to consult a professional for it.

Day 5 she sends a message to my nephew to say she "may" come back tomorrow. So she has the data. But not enough to send me, her lowly employer, a message.
